The Family and the Business
On the right is business owner Adam Long. Adam grew up in the Asheville area. He serviced hospital imaging equipment including X Ray, Nuclear Medicine, MRI and CAT scanner machines for more than 16 years before deciding to make the move into working on home appliances. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology with a focus in Electronics from Appalachian State University.
To the left is the newest addition to the team. Nephew Joshua Ernst recently completed over 3 years serving in the US Army. While in the army, he specialized in servicing large diesel generators and traveled extensively during his military tenure.
Centered is the family and business matriarch. Ginny Benson is the business admin lead for her son and grandson. Drawing on years of experience managing a family, the backend of the business relies on her organization skills and etiquette.
All of this adds up to bring a highly technical skill set and enthusiasm to the world of appliance repair. We are so very thankful to have the opportunity to serve our community!
